Blevio & Ül Laghèe

Blevio, an enchanting village in the mountain community of the Lariano Triangle, stands on the shore of the western branch of the lake, a few kilometres from the capital Como, which will welcome you with its cosy and familiar atmosphere. Here you can have a lovely stay on Como Lake, enjoying relax, sport and nature.

Blevio is a quiet, healthy-looking village, equipped with facilities for tourist hospitality with hotels, b&bs, restaurants and a luxury hotel-spa by the lake.

It is located in front of Cernobbio and can be easily reached by car from Como in just 15 minutes by car along the provincial road to Bellagio.

It’s a characteristic medieval village divided into seven districts: Sopravilla, Girola, Sorto, Capovico, Mezzovico, Meggianico, Cazzanore. Sopravilla is located on top of the hill and overlooks the lake.

2017

ÜI Laghèe was born in 2017 with the idea to create a new standard in the world of holiday homes. The love for beauty and attention to detail, combined with our experience, has allowed us to create two independent apartments enclosed in a single structure, capable of offering all the comforts that can be found only in the most prestigious hotels. The refined taste furnishings combined with pieces of Design create a “home sweet home” atmosphere that will allow you to feel immediately at home.

Hello, we are Mercy and Luca, after discovering the wonders of Lake Como, in our hearts we have always nourished the desire to come and live there.

After years of research, we managed to find the house of our dreams on the slopes above the villa in the ancient village of Blevio, located a few km from the city of Como from where you can easily reach both the heart of Milan and Switzerland.

Here life is on a human scale, there is no traffic and the air smells of the lake. The location offers various activities, and there are all the main services: “pharmacy, restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store”.

We love to take a pause and relax on the terraces of the house, looking at the lake and the mountains, which light up in the evening, magically coloring and listen to the sound of the waterfall that has swelled after a rainy afternoon.

We love walking with our dogs through the alleys of the old village, where time seems to stand still, go out on the lake to sunbathe on board our magnificent motorboat.

It is for this reason that we decided to build two apartments on the lower floor of our home, to share this splendor with you. Our greatest joy will be to guide you to the most particular corners of this magnificent land.
